Delete your account

Settings › Privacy & data › Delete account. Before you go, nstinx shows exactly what will happen, then asks you to type DELETE.

What's deleted

  • Your name, email and sign-in.
  • Your Village name, posts and messages.

Logs you made for the kids stay with the family, marked "Former member", so their history stays whole.

If you're the lead

  • With a second parent, they become the lead and the family moves to Free.
  • If you're the only parent, the family and every log in it are deleted. Export first if you want a copy: Settings › Privacy & data › Export your data.

Subscriptions

Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in your store first; deleting doesn't cancel it. A web plan stops renewing when you delete.

Changed your mind?

You have 30 days: sign back in and your account won't be deleted.
