Creating your account

Tap Get started on the first screen. Bex and Bean ask a few questions, one at a time, then set things up for you.

What they ask

1. Your first name.
2. How old you are, unless your phone's app store already told us your age range (Apple on iPhone with iOS 26 or later, Google Play on Android where it's offered). We ask once and never again. It decides what's open to you, like the Village at 18. nstinx is for 13 and up; under 13, we can't set up an account.
3. Your role: Mom, Dad, Parent or Other caregiver. It's never shown to anyone; it only opens official mom or dad groups in the Village.
4. How many kids, and whether they're here yet or on the way.
5. Your baby's name and birthday, or the due date. For twins, type both names, like "Milo and Ava".
6. What's hardest right now, and who helps (a partner, grandparents, a nanny or sitter). This shapes what Bex suggests; you can skip the free-text part.
7. Your email and a password of 8 or more characters.

Then you pick a plan or continue with Free.

If a parent manages your account

If your app store says a parent manages your account and hasn't approved nstinx yet, the app waits until they approve it in the store. On Android, Google Play may also ask you to finish an age check in the Play Store first.

Verify your email

We send a link to your email. Invites to a crew only reach a verified email. To resend it, open Settings › Email & password and tap the verify row.

Invited by someone?

Sign up with the email they invited. Their invite will be waiting for you.

Already have an account?

Tap I already have an account. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? and we'll email a link that works for 1 hour.
