The Journal and exporting

The Journal has every entry by week, month or all time, or a custom range. Key metrics show sleep, feeds, diapers and the longest stretch. Search finds any entry. Bex's weekly recap reads the week back to you in a sentence or two.

After birth, the pregnancy becomes the first chapter: "Before you were born".

Export your data

Settings › Privacy & data › Export your data (or Journal › … › Export your data) makes one zip file on your phone: your data as JSON, which opens in any text editor, and every photo. You pick where it goes.
