Your crew and roles

Everyone who cares for your kids can be in your crew.

  • Lead: the person who pays. Only the lead changes the family's plan. With no plan, whoever pays becomes the lead.
  • Parents: up to two. On Free and Solo the second parent can see everything but not log; on Duo and Crew both log.
  • Caregivers: grandparents, a nanny, a sitter. Up to 3, on Crew. Each can log or only view, and you choose what they see: health and visits, parents' notes, and the pregnancy.

Caregivers don't use Ask Bex or visit recording unless they have their own paid plan.

Where to manage it

Family shows your team. Caregivers are in Settings › Household › Caregivers. The lead can turn on Only I manage caregivers.
